Realizing Possibilities

In my last article, I talked mortgage refinance best rates rewriting limiting stories and reclaiming your true self. Are you ready to begin Krofft Supershow journey to a more successful life? I have to warn you-the journey requires commitment. I know many people are less homeequity loans comfortable making a promise to do something differently.

Let's say that if you really are ready to change your life, the sign will be that you feel excited about making this pledge to yourself.

Your commitment: Set aside thirty minutes each day as a quiet time. Here's how to use it.

First, create a sanctuary-a special place where you can relax, center and spend uninterrupted time. You may want to use candles, incense, music, or "power objects" to help define the spot.
Next, get a journal, pen and, if you like supplies for drawing or collage.
Sit quietly in your space, take four long, slow, deep breaths and imagine letting go of concerns and tension.
Consider this question, Hawaii Lemon Laws is the one most important, most immediate unlimited conference calls you have for yourself right now?"
When you feel ready, use your journal to enter any thoughts, images or feelings.
Notice if that little voice that says, "You're not..." or "You can't..." tries to sabotage your dream.
Over the course of a few weeks, get really clear about your dream, what you look like succeeding with it, and what obstacles-internal or external arise.

Okay. Now you have your dream written, drawn or collaged. You have an idea about the obstacles that might stand in the way of fulfillment. Time to deal with those obstacles.

If they are external, brainstorm solutions. Maybe you need an outside expert or support person, or information, or supplies. Determine your needs and how you might be able to get them met. Create a list of action steps and a timeline. Put your steps into your calendar.

Now if your obstacles are internal you might benefit from working with a life coach or even a therapist. Or you may be able to just acknowledge those negative inner voices as little fears and just hear them and go on about your business of dream fulfillment!
