Sharepoint - Managing Your Sharepoint Photo Album

Among the many direct student loan consolidation in SharePoint that are fantastic for collaboration and communication is the ability to create and share a picture library.

I work for a creative agency, where we assist businesses with the creation of their brand identity. It is entirely normal for us to go through multiple revisions before we even present to the client. Of course we want to present the best options to the client; but sometimes it helps to have all of compare auto insurance quotes options on hand for feedback.

Our hosted SharePoint option is, by far, the easiest way for us to manage deadlines and projects for clients. And since we have digital copies of all our creative work, it homeowner loans become even easier. With the straight-forward creation of a picture term insurance quotes online we can easily upload and share our creative work and get feedback from coworkers, as well as keeping an easy record of all the past versions of work that was done for a client.

The possibilities for a picture library are endless. I mean, you can use it for creative work, a repository of your visual marketing materials, pictures of offices, (of office parties!) and anytime that you want to share images with the rest of your team.

And it's really simple to do as well. In SharePoint Services 3.0, just follow these steps:

Click on Site Actions then Create
Under "Libraries" select Picture Library
In the next menu, type in the name of the picture library, and how you would like to navigate to it.

Once the library has been created, it is simple to upload a new picture:

Click on Upload then Upload Picture
In the next menu, browse and select the file you wish to upload.
The following menu allows you to enter a name, title, description, Beta Blockers for searching and even date the image was created.

Et Voila!

What's great is that there are even more features to play around with, like viewing the images as a slide show, and changing the view, so that you can see thumbnails of the images instead of just file names.

Well, I'm sure you'll be able to take advantage of yet another wonderful feature of SharePoint.
