Business - Nonprofit Coordination For Kind Donations Needed in the Coachella Valley

Working in your own business for 27-years some 17-hours a day, 7-days a week certainly changes the way you think. And once you are thrust into retirement you can just imagine how every problem or challenge of mankind calls you to exercise your abilities to come car insurance New York fix. Of course, one man cannot do it all - no matter how hard they try or how many hours they are willing to commit too.

Thus, it takes a team to put it all together, and this is why we have so many diverse non-profit groups in the Coachella Valley solving all the problems and needs of our community. Still, sometimes it is overwhelming for them and they always vehicle donation more money so they can do more. One thing I noticed is that we need a coordinated "recycling list" so that we can efficiently transfer discarded items from business that non-profit groups so desperately need. How would this work you ask? Well, items that non-profits need and Items that businesses are getting rid of would be listed on a central computer and available online.

For instance, I have 3 nice wood filing cabinets, I'd like to donate them to a worthy cause. And recently, I met a member of the Indio Chamber of Commerce who sells office furniture and does office interior design. Many of her customers are upgrading office furniture, fixtures, board room tables and even computer systems and their old stuff ends up at the dump. So, why not allow all of us in the community to get all the businesses to list all their give-aways to help the non-profits with office furniture and things they need? Using an online venue is a wonderful way to help make such a process ultra efficient.
